Career + Professional Development  —  Human Resources Certificate

Human Resources Certificate

The field of Human Resources (HR) is evolving, and professionals must stay ahead of industry trends to remain competitive. According to the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), HR is expected to undergo significant changes by 2030, including digital transformation, department integration, and generational shifts. Earning an HR certification is an essential step toward preparing for these changes and advancing your career.

SHRM’s global HR credentials, SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP and Human Resources Certification Institute's (HRCI), PHR and SPHR offer growth, advancement and recognition. These credentials are based on extensive global research involving employers, academics, and practicing HR professionals at all levels to ensure they maintain an industry-leading level of excellence and relevance in this ever-evolving profession.
